Do I need an appointment?

No appointments are needed for general X-Ray examinations.

Appointments are needed for CT and Ultrasound examinations.

Do I need to prepare for my test?

Some examinations require specific preparations before your appointment, such as fasting. Our staff will explain this at the time of your booking.

How much will my examination cost?

All routine X-Ray, CT and Ultrasound examinations are bulk billed, with the exception of certain examinations which Medicare deem exempt from Bulk Billing. For further information, please speak with one of our staff by calling (02) 8602 3450.

How long will my results take?

Your films will be ready shortly after your examination is completed. These films will then be studied and reported by our specialist(s). We can advise you of the wait time for your results at the conclusion of the examination should you wish to wait for your results. The report can also be sent to your GP or specialist by fax, email or in urgent circumstances our specialist will speak with your doctor by telephone.

Where can I park?

There is ample parking in Westpoint Shopping Centre, which is free for the first three hours.
